mustard makes it better!

Adding some mustard to ramen, especially the cheap ones like maruchan or top ramen, somehow makes it taste better. I just realize that mustard also contains turmeric and vinegar, those both makes the ramen soup taste like soto, and the vinegar add acidic taste similar to using lime.
